Refund Policy

 

At  Sarah Starkiss Photography, I strive to provide high-quality images and a positive experience for every client. Please read the refund policy below to understand how refunds are handled.

Booking Fees / Deposits

All booking fees or deposits are non-refundable. These payments secure your session date and cover the time reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations

  • Client Cancellation: If you cancel your session, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.

  • Photographer Cancellation: If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Completed Sessions

Due to the nature of photography, refunds are not provided once the session has been completed and digital images have been delivered.

Quality Concerns

If you are unhappy with your images, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will review your concerns and may offer:

  • Additional editing

  • A complimentary re-shoot (if appropriate and feasible)
    Refunds will only be considered in cases where no usable images are provided.

Products & Prints

All printed products (albums, canvases, prints, etc.) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, a replacement will be provided at no cost.

Turnaround Times

While I work hard to meet estimated delivery times, slight delays may occur based on workload or conditions. Delays are not grounds for a refund, but I will always communicate transparently.
